The Fish as a symbol has been a featured design element of Portraits of Hope for more than a decade: As seen on the “Summer of Color” Lifeguard Towers, “The Spheres at MacArthur Park,” and soon to be part of the “Tubes and Cubes,” civic and public art project. Swimming in cyan colored water, the fish represents life, freedom, and preservation of our environment.
